Susan’s journey of connecting with Grace...

Many years ago, I recall gazing out at the Pacific Ocean when a thought came to me, as clearly as if it had been spoken aloud, “One day you will be a channel.”  My immediate inner reply was, “Oh, I don’t think so!”, but I never forgot that moment.

In 1984, I had the magical good fortune of meeting the entity Lazaris, channeled through Jach Pursel.  Lazaris has been a gift of immeasurable love and friendship and a catalyst for tremendous growth from that day forward.  Thank you, Lazaris, for your love, and for helping me to know that anything is possible.

In 2004, a friend inspired me to explore my own personal experience of channeling.  He gave me the book, “Opening to Channel”, by Sanaya Roman.  Out of the suggestions in that book, I crafted my own process of opening to the realm of channeling. 

In engaging my connecting ritual, almost immediately I could feel the very strong presence of energy quite distinct from my own.  My body began to make movements that were most definitely not of my own volition, and my first contact with Grace was made. 

The first message I received was that Grace told me her name.  That was an internally received message, but was as distinct as that voice so many years ago that told me “one day I would be a channel”.  Her energy was so warm, so welcoming, and so wonderful.  I could hardly believe this was happening for me, and so effortlessly!

Within a week of that initial contact, I asked my husband, John, to receive a vocal channeling.  Grace came through with such ease, so I knew something very powerful and real was happening.  Since that day, every time I do my connecting ritual, Grace comes flowing through with elegance, with power, and, well, with grace!

For the first two years, I channeled privately for myself and for John, and a handful of close friends.  Slowly but surely, people contacted me who had heard of Grace, asking for sessions.  It has been a very organic process of becoming a professional channel.

It is such a joy for me to channel Grace.  I am grateful for every opportunity to open to Grace and bring her through for anyone who is willing to receiving her gifts of guidance and love.

What happens for me while I’m channeling?

I do a particular ritual to blend with Grace prior to any session, private or group.  When I complete my part of the ritual, Grace comes through and I step back “behind the curtain”, so to speak.

My “job” as a channel is to put my mind in a neutral, or disengaged state, so that Grace can come through me with as much clarity as possible.  When I’m channeling, I’m not completely unconscious, but more like in a dream state. 

When the channeling is complete, I return to my fully conscious state, remembering virtually nothing of what has taken place during the session.  Like awakening from a dream in the morning, it all flits away.  Because of this, your relationship with Grace is completely confidential. 

And while you and Grace are working together, Grace and I are off in the “ethers” together, doing our own particular healing.

Grace works through me, using my learning and life experience, and certainly my English language, to communicate.  But she brings so much more than what I know, from her world beyond this physical dimension.
